Rich in tradition, New South Homes can best be described by its own name. Builder and president, Brian Will has a concept based on the knowledge that todays new home buyer/owner is different. Involved in the building industry, Brian also knows that methods of construction are changing. Value, trust, and excellence of product are most important to todays educated buyer. They also require a builder who is educated and practices the latest, safest, efficient construction techniques combined with up-to-date product innovation and trends. Recognized by the TBA for his experience, education and proven track record of quality construction and customer service, Brian was awarded the CIP designation in November 2012. Brian has utilized this concept and knowledge to establish and sustain a company that is a little different, one that is keeping up with the times, but not forgetting traditional needs.
